RETURN POLICY:
We gladly accept returns of any unworn jewelry within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund. Before returning any item's, please obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at info@sheriliebert.com or by calling Sheri Liebert Designs at (858)576-7379. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, please securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of your original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the given address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
SHIPPING POLICY:
Sheriliebert.com ships all purchases via UPS with Signature Confirmation. If you may not be at your home address you provided for shipping and you prefer us to send your package to an alternate address i.e. your office An email confirmation, as well as a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships.
As always, shipping is free when ordering from the SheriLiebert.com website.
SALES TAX:
Orders shipped to all states other than California are exempt from sales tax. All orders shipped within California will be subject to sales tax of 8.25%.
REPAIRS:
Here at Sheri Liebert Designs we take much pride in our jewelry and stand behind our extremely rare and fine craftsmanship. If any of your jewelry should require repair, please contact us at info@sheriliebert.com or call (858)569-0750 and we will be more than happy to do our best to repair it for you. The repairs will very in cost depending on the nature of the repairs. If it is a defect from our end please contact us immediately end we will take care of it. Ring sizing is available upon request , please email us for a quote for ring sizing.
